Hi again everyone,

Mcaine and I talked today. We discussed extended AFKs from WOW. If you have been away for more than a two months with no activity on any toons you have in the guild, you will notice you have been demoted to innactive. This is not because we hate your guts and want you to leave. It is to protect the guild in case the account changes users in some way in that period of time. When you come back, you will be reinstated to your former rank. We know there are some circumstances where the leave from WOW was mandatory; in that case the officers will get together and make a decision reguarding your rank based on our knowledge of the particular circumstance. Feel free to leave comments or concerns. We love you all and want us to be successul.

Thanks Darth for letting us know. Vacations are one thing. We know summer is coming. Don't worry about your ranks if you are going on vacation although it is nice to know if ya'll are going to be gone anyway. By extended AFKs we mean like a month or more with NO activity.

I will speak with him tomorrow about how he wants to proceed and what kind of timeframe should be put in place. I like the idea about only being able to run if you post on the forums, so I'll talk to him about that too.
